ZnAl is an alloy made up of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon. Zincalume steel was first released by Blue-scope in 1976 and very quickly replaced galvanized steel due to superior corrosion resistance. Zinc-aluminum Tanks have a longer life, require low maintenance, have high aesthetic appeal, and are price competitive as compared to conventional ones (MS, RCC, etc).
